This intensive is architected for high-performing neurodivergent founders, executives, and creative leaders who are ready to dismantle the "masking tax" and optimise their leadership ecology. It is for those who value intellectual velocity, systems thinking, and evidence-based protocols within a neurodiversity-affirming container that promotes autonomous growth.

This cohort is for you if: You are ready to hold yourself and one another accountable for your learning goals. We recognise the vast spectrum of leadership development trajectories and respect each individual’s capacity for change. We expect participants to bring a spirit of generosity to the collective, acknowledging that while our paths are unique, our commitment to growth is shared.

This is not suitable for:

• Performance Management: This is a space for autonomous choice. We do not accept enrolments where participation is mandated by an employer as a remedial measure.

• Acute Mental Health Support: While led by a Behavioural Scientist, this is a professional development intensive, not a clinical treatment group. It is not suitable for those currently navigating significant burnout or acute mental health conditions without the explicit, ongoing support of a treating medical provider.

Master Your Magic™ is built on the principles of Radical Autonomy, Intellectual Rigor, and Shared Humanity. We move at a high velocity, but we land soft.

Diversity of Thought & Inclusion: We deeply value the diversity of thought, background, and identity within our cohort. We believe that cognitive friction, when handled with curiosity, leads to brilliance. However, the safety of the container is non-negotiable.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful language, discriminatory behaviour, or group hatred of any kind. This is including but not limited to racial, religious, or gender-based prejudice. Any conduct that compromises the psychological safety or dignity of our members will result in immediate removal from the program to protect the integrity of the collective.

We have designed this for high-impact leaders with existing "cognitive loads." You can expect to invest approximately 2 hours per week: Up to 90 minutes for the live Workshop Sessions or Integration Labs (or watching the recording) and 30 minutes of asynchronous exploration within the Resource Hub (optional).

Your two 1:1 strategy sessions are scheduled at your convenience when you join the program, utilising Mariane's coaching calendar. These sessions, valued at $550 each are designed to "top and tail" the 12-week experience and highly personalise your learning. 

Additional coaching support may be arranged, at the rate of $550 per session (incl. GST). Master Your Magic cohort members retain booking priority for limited coaching sessions, including when Mariane's individual coaching books are closed due to availability limitations.  

While many of our leaders identify with ADHD or Autistic profiles, the frameworks are designed for the neurodivergent brain and nervous system at large. We focus on the mechanics of high-intellect leadership, and jagged processing speed, sensory regulation, and executive function profiles with evidence-based protocol to support scaffolding. A formalised diagnosis is not required to join the program, and you will be invited to share your preferred communication, learning and development processes and needs with Mariane to ensure your experience is adjusted to how you work at your best, regardless of specific diagnostic labels.

Yes. This program is frequently funded via workplace professional development budgets, Employee Assistance Funding (EAF), or NDIS Capacity Building (Self or Plan Managed). Due to the capped nature of this intensive and the bespoke intellectual property provided, all bookings are non-refundable.

Illness or Misadventure: If you are unable to join the cohort due to significant illness or misadventure, please notify our team via email. While we do not offer refunds, a Credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued. These credits can be redeemed toward any in-person or online workshop, or any individual or group coaching service provided by Mariane Power or Sesame Seed Pty Ltd.
