PROGRAM STARTS SUNDAY 19th AUGUST, 2024, WITH LIVE TRAININGS STARTING 21st AUGUST AND RUNNING WEEKLY, FOR 6 WEEKS!
A 6 week neuroaffirming coaching program helping you to better understand your unique brain, so you can manage stress, increase productivity and reclaim your confidence.
Work directly with Clinical Psychologist and Neurodiversity specialist, Mariane Power, in a coaching program designed to accelerate your growth and connect you with like-minded women.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COACHING PACKAGE:
The coaching package includes access to the standard program available through a digital learning hub, plus weekly group training and Q&A sessions across the six weeks. Live sessions will facilitate a deeper dive into strategies that help you to work with (rather than against) your unique and brilliant brain.
You'll get:
- 6 x 90 minute structured (yet flexible) group training and Q&A sessions with Mariane Power, where you can dive deeply into program content and have your questions answered (limited to 10 members to maximise learning)
- Access to recordings and summaries of live coaching sessions, available after the session
- Bonus Planner for Future ADHD Digital Planner (choose digital or printed version), to help you track your goals and manage your time
- Bonus Messy Magic Coaching Booklet, with activities and practices to help you translate your live training coaching insights into action
Plus, everything inside the standard program:
+ 6 weeks of guided learning about neurodiversity; how it impacts those assigned female at birth specifically and science-backed strategies to help you thrive
+ 6 x learning modules in total, with one dropping into your learning dashboard each Sunday, to reduce overwhelm and maximise motivation
+ Pre-recorded bite sized videos, audios, transcripts and PDF worksheets covering a range of topics per module
+ Access to resources and tools to help manage your productivity, time, self-care and relationships at home and work
+ An online community space (within Kajabi) of like-minded individuals, where you can share your insights and ask questions

Wednesday 5.30pm - 7pm (AEDT)
Additional training times may be added, depending on participant needs and numbers.
Can't make it live? A recording of the live training and small group sessions, transcripts, session summary and bonus PDF workbooks will be made available via email!
DELIVERY METHOD:
Each week, a new module with bite sized videos, audios, readings and worksheet PDFs drop into your learning dashboard. Here's what you'll learn:
WEEK 1: YOUR BRILLIANT MIND
To kickstart the program journey, You'll reclaim your confidence and a more balanced view of your identity. Discover neurobiology features specific to women with ADHD, and walk through a system that helps you to identify your unique cognitive profile of both struggles and strengths.
WEEK 2: GOALS THAT STICK
Frustrated by goal setting frameworks that let you down? Learn neurodivergent friendly systems and strategies to help you set and keep habits that support your health, work and relationships.
WEEK 3: YOUR UNIQUE MAGIC
Procrastination plagues the best of us, especially when our brain based differences impact our sense of time and motivation! Discover the power of purpose to sustain your focus and improve your productivity, and learn positive psychology practices that help you live and work with more meaning and joy.
WEEK 4: DEVELOP TIME WISDOM
With a better understanding of your unique neurotype and what helps it tick, it's time to get practical. This week we explore how to navigate time in a way that works with, not against, your brain.
WEEK 5: YOUR INNER CRITIC
Research shows that women who receive a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism often carry a life-time of unhelpful self-talk to re-wire. This week gets personal, as we shed the shame that was never ours to carry, and learn science backed strategies to tame the imposter monster holding us back from our full potential.
WEEK 6: SUCCESS YOUR WAY
Learn how to protect yourself against the burnout that neurodivergent women are more prone to and set future best-self intentions and goals that reflect a new definition of success - one that's yours to define with your new found identity and unique brain-type in mind.
