Work directly with Clinical Psychologist and ADHD specialist coach, Mariane Power, in an ADHD coaching program designed to accelerate your growth and connect you with like-minded women.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COACHING PACKAGE:
The coaching package includes access to the standard program live trainings with Mariane, plus one individual and 4 small group coaching sessions that will facilitate a deeper dive into strategies that help you to work with (rather than against) your unique and brilliant mind.
- + 1 x 45 minute individual session with Mariane Power to help you personalise your learning and accelerate your growth (schedule a time that suits you, with access to Mariane's booking calendar)
- + 3 x 90 minute fortnightly structured (yet flexible) group coaching sessions with Mariane Power, where you can dive deeply into program content and have your questions answered (limited to 10 members to maximise learning and 2 cohort schedules available to choose from)

Frustrated by goal setting frameworks that let you down? Learn ADHD friendly systems and strategies to help you set and keep habits that support your health, work and relationships.
WEEK 3: YOUR UNIQUE MAGIC
Procrastination plagues the best of us with ADHD. Discover the power of purpose to sustain your focus and improve your productivity, and learn positive psychology practices that help you live and work with more meaning and joy.
WEEK 4: DEVELOP TIME WISDOM
With a better understanding of your unique ADHD profile, goal setting strategies that stick and purpose to keep you motivated, it's time to get practical. This week we explore how to navigate time in a way that works with, not against, your ADHD flow.
WEEK 5: YOUR INNER CRITIC
Research shows that women who receive a late diagnosis of ADHD often carry a life-time of unhelpful self-talk to re-wire. This week gets personal, as we shed the shame that was never ours to carry, and learn science backed strategies to tame the imposter monster holding us back from our full potential.
WEEK 6: SUCCESS YOUR WAY
Learn how to protect yourself against the burnout that ADHD women prone to and set future best-self intentions and goals that reflect a new definition of success - one that's yours to define with your new found identity and unique ADHD profile in mind.

Due the highly personalised nature of the coaching component of the program, we are unable to refund this portion of the offer. So if you decide the program isn't matched to your goals, and can show you gave the trainings and lessons a good shot for the first week inside the program, we'll offer a partial refund, representative of the standard package purchase price ($600 AUD), and credit the remaining coaching hours you have paid for towards an additional 45 minute individual coaching session with Mariane Power.
