A behavioural scientist, former clinical psychologist, and keynote speaker who designs the human systems that let high-performing people sustain their best work. She has carried that science into finance, elite sport, and government, from Goldman Sachs APAC and Macquarie Group to the Australian Institute of Sport and Paddle Australia. Neurodivergent herself, she reads a system's friction from the inside and rebuilds it from the same place, which is why she starts with the environment rather than the person.
