Magic Momentum Membership Terms

These terms govern your membership of Magic Momentum, provided by Sesame Seed Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]), trading as Mariane Power ("we", "us", "our"). By joining Magic Momentum you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. What your membership includes

Each month, your membership includes one live training webinar delivered on Zoom, one live body doubling session delivered on Zoom, a monthly research briefing on a private Notion board, access to a private member community space, and webinar recordings and session summaries in your member dashboard, usually within 48 hours of each webinar. Body doubling sessions are live only and are not recorded. We may adjust the format, schedule or specific inclusions from time to time and will give you reasonable notice of any material change, while keeping the core value of the membership intact.

2. Membership fee and billing

Founding membership is A$39 per month, including GST. Your fee is billed in advance on the day you join, and then on the same date each month. Payments are processed automatically through our payment provider using the payment method you provide. Your founding rate stays locked for as long as your membership remains active and continuous. If you cancel and later rejoin, the current published rate applies. Our published, non-founding rate is A$50 per month and may change over time. We will give founding members at least 30 days notice before any change that would affect them, and your founding lock will be honoured while your membership remains continuous.

3. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. By joining, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method each month until you cancel.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no lock-in period. To cancel, [cancel from your account dashboard or email us at [email protected]] before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep full access until then. We do not provide refunds for the current or past months already paid, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 8).

5. Access

Your membership is personal to you and for your own use. Please do not share your login, the session links, the recordings, or the member materials with anyone outside the membership.

6. Recordings and confidentiality

Monthly webinars are recorded and made available to members. By attending, you understand the session is recorded, and you are welcome to keep your camera and microphone off if you prefer not to appear. Body doubling sessions are not recorded. What members share inside the community and the sessions is confidential to the group, and we ask every member to keep it that way.

7. Intellectual property

All membership content, including webinars, recordings, the research board, slides, worksheets, summaries and the Master Your Magic® materials, is owned by Sesame Seed Pty Ltd or used under licence. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or publish any of it without our written permission.

8. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. The refund position in clause 4 relates to change of mind, and does not affect your statutory rights.

9. The nature of this membership

Magic Momentum is an educational and peer membership. It is not therapy, counselling, clinical psychology, or medical, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Mariane Power is a behavioural scientist and former clinical psychologist, and does not provide psychological or clinical services through this membership. If you need clinical or professional support, please seek it from a suitably qualified practitioner. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

10. Member conduct

This is a respectful, inclusive space. We may remove any member whose conduct is abusive, discriminatory or harmful to the group, without refund of the current month where permitted by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give members reasonable notice. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
