Magic Momentum — Membership Terms

These membership terms apply to Magic Momentum: Founding Magic Maker, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for marianepower.com.au.

Billing

  • Magic Momentum is a recurring subscription, billed either annually (A$695) or monthly (A$69), depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
  • Payments are processed automatically on your renewal date each year or month until you cancel.
  • All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Founding rate

  • The founding rate is available to anyone who joins on or before 31 October 2026, and is locked for as long as you remain a continuous member.
  • If you cancel and rejoin within six months of your cancellation date, your founding rate is honoured.
  • If you rejoin more than six months after cancelling, you'll rejoin at the then current public rate.
  • From 1 November 2026, new members join at the public rate of A$1,295 a year, or the equivalent monthly rate then in place.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your membership at any time.
  • Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to [email protected]. Your cancellation is date stamped from the moment it's received.
  • Cancellation takes effect from your next billing date, not the date you send the email. For example, if your subscription renews on 1 February and you email your cancellation on 5 February, you'll keep access for the rest of that billing period and your subscription won't renew on the next cycle.
  • Payments already processed aren't refunded, in full or in part, once a billing period has begun.

Access

  • Your access continues for the remainder of any billing period you've already paid for, even after you've given notice to cancel.
  • We can suspend or end access for conduct that breaches our community guidelines or these terms.

General

  • These terms sit alongside, and don't replace, the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for marianepower.com.au.
  • These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here is always the current one.
